VAN DIEMEN'S LAND, promissory note, T.Allison, one shilling, Hobart Town, 12th March 1825, No.3 (note mentioned and illustrated in Vort Ronald Colonial Currency & Promissory Notes p.60). Mounted on backing cardboard, otherwise good fine, apparently unique as the only note of this denomination noted by Vort Ronald.
