ALFRED BOATWRIGHT, Merchant, Emu Bay, Tasmania, five shillings, April 1st 1879 No A 197 imprint 'C. Troedel & Co Melbourne' stamped black on white, PAID in purple ink, black on white, (this note illustrated Vort Ronald.. Shinplaster..p.19). Large thin under left value tablet, frail edges, several pin holes, and spots of paper toning, otherwise good fine and extremely rare.
