MOESIA INFERIOR, Istros, (400-350 B.C.), silver obol or trihemiobol, (1.01 g), obv. two young male heads facing, side by side, left upright, right inverted, rev. **ISTR[IH]* above, sea-eagle standing to left on dolphin to left, which it attacks with its beak, **D* below dolphin, (cf.S.1670, cf.SNG BMC 250, cf.Pick 443-453, cf.SNG Stancomb 143, cf.SNG Cop.200). Good fine and very rare.
