VESPASIAN, (A.D. 69-79), silver denarius, Rome mint, issued A.D. 70, (3.22 g), obv. laureate head of Vespasian to right, around IMP CAESAR VESPASIANVS AVG, rev. Pax seated to left holding olive branch and caduceus, COS ITER TR POT around, (S.2285, RIC 10, RSC 94h). Very fine and scarce.
