BYZANTINE, Romanus III Argyrus or Romanus IV Diogenes, (1028-1034 or 1068-1071), AE 21 - 23, (2.88, 4.01 g), Cherson mint, obv. P/W monogram, rev. [Cross crosslet on two steps; pellets flanking], (S.1764 (Romanus I), Anokhin 456 (Romanus IV), DOC 32-33 (Romanus I), BMC 30-31). Obverse fine, reverse smooth without impression of cross crosslet, both scarce. (2)
