CERCO, behind [*], Rev. Q L [VT(ligated)] ATI/Q above a galley, all in oak wreath; another silver denarius, L. Procilius, issued 80 B.C., Rome Mint, 3.77 grams, C.379/2, S.772, BMC 3150, Sear Procilia 2 (p.84), Obv. Head of Juno Sospita to r. wearing goat's skin, S.C behind, border of dots, Rev. Juno Sospita hurling spear and holding shield, in a biga chariot, serpent below biga, L. PROCILI. F in exergue, dotted border, serrated edge. Both lightly toned, very fine or better, both scarce, (59,60). (2)
