LIONS INTERNATIONAL HEAD OF STATE AWARD, in enamel and gold plated bronze, reverse inscribed, 'Robert Muldoon, P.C., C.H., M.P./Prime Minister of New Zealand'. Extremely fine.

Presented by the International President of Lions to the head of state of the country he is visiting. Robert Muldoon GCMG, CH, PC, born 25 September 1921, Prime Minister of New Zealand 1975-1984, died 5 August 1992.
