74TH FOOT REGIMENTAL MEDAL 1814, silver, 1st Class for 8 actions, both sides with struck '74th' and laurel wreath tied with ribbon at the bottom, the obverse centre engraved with four Peninsula honours for Vittorio, Pyrenees, Orthez and Toulouse, the reverse centre engraved with another four Peninsula honours for Busaco, Fuentes, Rodrigo and Salamanca, named on the edge, A. Roberson, fitted with silver clip and bar suspension, this bar engraved, 'Peninsula' at the top edge and '74th' at bottom edge. No ribbon, polished and many contact marks, naming missing in places due to wear, otherwise, nearly fine and very rare.
