FRATERNAL LODGE, Independent Order of Odd Fellows, Manchester Unity (?), breast jewel of handcrafted silver Maltese cross with engraved design and with an ornate centre piece fitted with a capsule which holds a free moving gilt design of arms featuring the heart-in-hand symbolic of charity, reverse inscribed, 'A.O.C. P.C.R./No.24/Presented To/Bro. Frederick. Foster./P.N.G.M./Mar 23. 1896'. Good very fine and scarce.
