MACEDON, Kingdom of, Antigonos Gonatas or Doson, (277-221 B.C.), AE 10, (1.576 grams), obv. Macedonian shield with Gorgon's head in centre, rev. Macedonian helmet across B [A], (cf.S.6781, cf.Weber 2189). Black patina, very fine, rare in this size and with old Sear ticket.
