THRACE, The Thracian Chersonese, Lysimacheia, (309-281 B.C. or later), AE 18, (3.354 grams), obv. head of Apollo, laureate to right, rev. winged Nike to left, **LUS[IMAXEWN], to left, monogram **PU* and **D* to right, (cf.S.1621, BMC -, cf.McClean 4161 [Pl.150,6]). Attractive portrait, flan crack, with uneven tone, nearly extremely fine/very fine and a very rare type.
