M-17147 Sjt C.C. Collins. A.S.C. on first medal, M.17147 A.W.O. Cl. 1. C.C. Collins. A.S.C. on second and third medals, M-17147 C.Q.M. Sjt: C.C. Collins. R.A.S.C. on last medal. All medals impressed. Court mounted, very fine.
Together with Army Service Corps hat badge and brass title ASC.
