Australasian Author's Agency, Melbourne 1919, 132pp includes Appendix I Transport at Salonika; II Total casualties; III Decorations; Roll of Honour, b/w photographs, cloth spine, hardcover, matt laminated paper boards. Some foxing and water stains, edge binding repaired with tape, otherwise fine and scarce first edition.
