GREAT BRITAIN CONVEYANCE, of a plot of land at Cliff-Bank in the Parish of Stoke upon Trent in the County of Stafford from F.W.Tomlinson Esquire to Mr Richard Davis and his Trustee, dated 23rd and 25th of March 1839, signed and witnessed, with relevant duty stamps, all on parchment. Fine.
