WORLD COINS, mostly Indian copper, also medieval jetons (2, one illustrated) and several small medieval base metal issues, described in packets with questionable attributions (6), noted Japan silver year 20, heavily chopmarked, Australia, 10/- jeton incuse K on reverse (illustrated); various weights (5, mostly apothecary), others coins (2); India, Iran and Afghanistan, including silver anonymous silver drachm of Indo-Sasanian Gadhaiya paisa (M.427-430) and silver drachm of anonymous bull and horseman coinage (M.473-476), one stiver 1806 of Netherland East Indies, and copper issues from India and assorted issues including Ceylon, Bhutan, Islamic etc. (34 including several countermarked pieces); together with very corroded ancient Greek and Roman silver (12). Poor - good very fine. (65)
