CEYLON, Ragama, Colombo, Prisoner of War currency during the Boer War for Ceylon, ten cents, Series B, 1 August 1901, No. 160, stuck to a postcard posted at Ragama Camp, July 16, 1902 (Ineson 222). Fine and rare.

A rare POW note as well as being an interesting piece of postal history.
