DIDIA CLARA, daughter of Didius Julianus and Manlia Scantilla, (A.D. 193), silver denarius, issued 193, Rome mint, (2.548 grams), obv. draped bust to right of Didia Clara, around DIDIA CLARA AVG, rev. Hilaritas standing to left, holding long palm and cornucopiae, around HILAR TEMPOR, (S.6086 [£1350 VF], RIC 10, RSC 3). Slightly off centred on the reverse, otherwise very fine and very rare.

Only two examples of this ruler in Reka Devnia hoard (hoard contained 81,044 coins and included 7256 coins of Septimius Severus).
