OCEANIA, Japanese Occupation, WWII, The Japanese Government, specimen one shilling, undated (1942) OC serial prefix only, red overprint Mi-hon, 'Specimen' on back, two punch hole cancellation (P.2s1). Striation marks on back having been stored in a photo album, nearly uncirculated and scarce.
