CARACALLA, (A.D. 198-217), silver denarius, issued 205, Rome mint, (3.216 grams), obv. laureate bust to right of Caracalla, around ANTONINVS PIVS AVG, rev. Felicitas standing facing head to left, holding long caduceus and cornucopiae, around FELICIT AS AVGG, (S.6799, BMC 276-8, RIC 127, RSC 64). Round well centred flan, very fine and very scarce.
