GALERIA VALERIA, daughter of Diocletian and second wife of Galerius, (c.A.D. 305-311), AE folles, Heraclea mint, issued A.D. 310-311, (5.32 g), obv. diademed, draped bust to right of Galeria Valeria, around GAL VAL ERIA AVG, rev. around VENERI V ICTRICI, HT**G* in exergue, Venus standing facing, head left, holding up apple, raising drapery, crescent in right field, (S.14594); another Alexandria mint, (5.68 g), similar reverse, with ALE in exergue, K P across crescent in left field, **G* in right field, (S.14608, RIC 128A). Good very fine or better. (2)
