FAUSTA, daughter of Maximianus, wife of Constantine, AE follis, issued London mint in A.D. 324-325, (2.82 g), obv. draped bust to right of Fausta, around FLAV MAX [FAVSTA] AVG, rev. Fausta standing facing head to left, holding sons, around SALVS REIPVBLICAE, in exergue PLON, (S.16543, RIC 300). Edge chipping, old dark green patina, very fine and rare.

Ex D.J.Foster Collection and previously from Noble Numismatics Sale 48 (lot 3220).
