CONSTANTINE I, (A.D. 307-337), AE follis, issued 314-315, Lyons mint, (2.965 grams), obv. laureate cuirassed bust to right of Constantine, around IMP CONSTANTINVS AVG, rev. Sol standing to left chlamys across left shoulder raising right hand, globe in left, around SOLI INVI C TO COMITI, T F to left and right, PLG in exergue, (cf.S.3868, RIC 20). Dark brown patination, slight brockage of obverse on the reverse, otherwise extremely fine.
