Edwin George Parsons, labourer, age 40, born at Marryatville, Sth Aust; Enl.29Jan1916 at Ballarat, Vic with previous service in Boer War; Emb.04Apr1916; RTA 02Dec1916; Disch.04Jan1917 Medically Unfit (mania); when Parsons died in 1956 he had a QSA and WWI pair - trustee under the Mental Health Act who managed his affairs sent the medals to the Army Records Office in 1966.
