James Walker, labourer, age 43, born Clare, Sth Aust; Enl.25Jan1916; Emb.21Sep1916; RTA 08Apr1917; Disch.27Jul1917 Medically Unfit (a medical report dated 02Feb1917 states Walker's age was actually 58, considerably higher than the 43 that he entered on his enlistment form); only entitled to BWM.
