John Briggs, labourer, age 35, born at Hull, Lancashire, England; Enl.20Mar1915 at Brisbane, Qld; Emb.12Jun1915; to Gallipoli 02Aug1915; KIA 08Aug1915; originally reported as buried at Norfolk Cemetery but as location of remains was uncertain, a headstone tablet was erected at 7th Field Ambulance Cemetery Gallipoli.
