VX45133 J.C.Turner on first to sixth medals, VX 45133 Lt-Col J.C.Turner A.I.F. on seventh. First to fifth medals impressed, sixth medal pantographed, last medal engraved. Very fine.

T.C., certificate dated 27th July 1933 and lodge jewel ribbon bar.
