Private Samuel Vickerstaff, 32nd Foot (Cornwall). Clasp entitlement confirmed.

Killed in action at Chinhat, 30 June 1857. One of the original defenders under Sir Henry Lawrence and killed during an advance against a rebel force at Chinhat in what was a bad defeat for the British.
