GROUP OF FOUR: Gwailor Star 1843 with Punniar reverse; Sutlej Medal 1845-46 with Sobraon reverse; Punjab Medal 1848-49, - two clasps - Goojerat, Chilianwala; Indian Mutiny Medal 1857-58. Private George John/son H M 9th or Queen's Royal Lancers on first medal, Geo: Johnson 9th Lancers on second medal, G. Johnson. 9th Lancers on third medal, and Geo. Johnson, 9th Lancers on last medal. The first medal engraved, the other medals impressed. Contact marks on last three medals, heavier on second medal, otherwise very fine.

Indian Mutiny Medal roll confirms entitlement to last medal and also notes transfer to Bengal Cavalry 28Feb1859.
