CITY POLICE WHISTLE, by R.A.Walton, Birmingham, England (1882-1904), impressed on barrel, 'City/Police/Patent/No 10492', in silver plated brass, with attached base metal fob watch chain. Most plating worn off, small side dent, otherwise fine and scarce type.
