EXCELSIOR BANK, one, five, ten, twenty and fifty pounds, printer's proofs of the backs of the notes, on card except for the twenty pounds (MVR 1), imprint of Perkins Bacon & Co London, all pencilled on lower margin 'Excelsior Bank, August 1883'. Cut corners, as mounted, extremely fine or better and probably unique, not known as full printings. (5)
