PARTHIA, Kingdom of, Orodes II, (c.57-38 B.C.) silver drachm, (3.68 g), Rhagae mint, obv. large size bust wearing a diadem to left with short beard without wart, crescent behind, rev. archer seated right on throne, seven line inscription, monogram **PR* below bow, (cf.S.7442, Sellwood 46.10, Shore -); another similar (3.77 g), K mintmark, under bow, O behind, Kangavar mint, (Sellwood 46.17). Fine; very fine, both scarce - rare. (2)
