Galba (c.106 B.C.), silver denarius, Rome mint, (3.80 g), obv. laureate heads of the Dei Penates cojoined to left, [D.P.P.] before, rev. two soldiers swearing oath over sow, T above, C.SVLPICI.C.F. in exergue, (S.189, Cr.312/1, Syd.572, Sulpicia 1). Toned, serrated edge, off centred obverse, otherwise very fine and scarce.
