HADRIAN, (A.D. 117-138), silver denarius, Rome mint, issued A.D. 120, (3.25 g), obv. laureate head of Hadrian to right, around IMP CAESAR TRAIAN HADRIANVS AVG, rev. SAL AVG in exergue, around P M TR P COS III, Salus seated to left on throne feeding serpent arising from altar, (S.3525, RIC 98, RSC 1151). Lightly toned, nearly very fine.
