LUCILLA, wife of Lucius Verus, (m.A.D.164, d.A.D. 182), silver denarius, issued 164-166, Rome mint, (3.58 g), obv. draped bust to right, around LVCILLAE AVG ANTONINI A[VG F], rev. around V E S T A, Vesta veiled standing left, sacrificing out of simpulum over lighted altar and holding palladium, (S.5493, RIC 788, RSC 92). Bright, good very fine and scarce.
