MAXIMINUS I, (A.D. 235-238), AE As, Rome mint, issued 236-8, (10.88 g), obv.MAXIMINVS PIVS AVG GERM, laureate bust, draped to r. of Maximinus, rev. around PAX AVGVSTI, Pax standing l., holding olive branch and sceptre, S C across, (S.8359, RIC 83, BMC 155, C.39). Very fine and very scarce, with tickets.
