RRC (1st Class): Supplement to LG 3/6/1919, p6839.

Together with newspaper clipping stating 'In the Birthday Honours List of June 3rd 1919, the King has awarded the Royal Red Cross, 1st Class to Sister Frances May Billington, Q.A.I.M.N.S.R., N.Z. (formerly Sister at the North Staffordshire Infirmary) daughter of the late Richard Billington, manufacturer, Burslem. Staffs, and of Mrs Billington, the Armoury, Newport, in recognition of her valuable services with the Armies in France and Flanders'.
