EDUCATION, Science and Art Department medals (4), Queen's Medal, 1856, in bronze (55mm) by W.Wyon (Eimer 1511) edge inscribed 'R.P.Asbridge, Birkenhead Stage 23A, 1862'; in bronze (39mm) by W.Wyon, edge inscribed 'John W Atherton, Practical Plane & Solid Geometry 1890'; Queen's Medal 1897, in silver (51mm) by Bowcher (Eimer 1825) edge inscribed 'Francis James Subject 23c 1897'; in bronze (39mm) by Bowcher, edge inscribed 'Sidney L.Thacker Principles of Mining 1898'. Second to last medals cased, extremely fine - uncirculated. (4)
