SHIPPING LINE OFFICER'S HAT BADGE, unidentified, features enamelled Dutch flag with Scottish thistle on central white band, all superimposed on a gold bullion wreath, reverse with maker's ticket, 'Miller, Rayner & Haysom Ltd, Naval Oufitters, 110 Fenchurch St, London E.C., Liverpool & Southampton. A few moth eaten spots on black background, bullion toned, otherwise extremely fine.
