TURKEY, State Notes of Ministry of Finance, Law of 22 December AH1331 (1912), twenty piastres (P.80a); Law of 23 May AH1332 (1916-17), one piastre, two and a half piastres (2) (P.85, 86 [2]) (3); Law of 6 August AH1332, twenty piastres, half livre, one livre (P.88, 89, 90a) (3); Law of 4 February AH1332, one livre (P.99a). All but two with Australian pre-decimal currency equivalent value written on the note in figures, good - very fine. (8)
Vendor advises that these WWI banknotes were collected in Gallipoli.
