THRACE, (Moesia Inferior), Marcianopolis, Septimius Severus, (A.D. 193-211), AE 26, (7.24 g), obv. laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust to right of Septimius Severus, around AV K **L* CE**P* CEYHROC, rev. around YI + AYCTINIANOY MAPKIAN, in exergue [O**P]OLITWN*, Cybele seated left, lions at feet, (S.-, Varbanov 780, AMNG I 566). Dark patination, very fine or better, scarce, with collector's envelope.
