HUNNIC TRIBES, Alchon Huns, Khingila, (c.440-490), silver drachm (3.89 g), Gandhara mint, obv. bust right, wearing diadem and close-fitting cap, flames over shoulders, ribbon and "ShOYO" in Bactrian to left, tamgha and "ALChONO" in Bactrian to right, rev. fire altar with ribbons, flanked by two attendants, (Alram, Alchon 7, Gobl, Dokumente Em. 60). Toned, very fine and rare.

Ex Decades Collection and similar to Triton V, January 16, 2002 (lot 641) from the same dies.
