Cr.155/2); L. Roscius Fabatus, (c.64 B.C.), plated silver denarius, Rome mint, (2.68 g), obv. Juno Sospita head to right wearing goat's skin, symbol scales behind, L. R[OSCI] below, rev. female standing right feeding serpent erect before her, box symbol behind, FABATI in exergue, (S.363, Cr.412/1, Syd.915, RSC.Roscia 3) (illustrated). Very good with oxidation; good very fine with copper showing in places. (2)
