NERVA, (A.D. 96-98), silver denarius, Rome mint, issued A.D. 97, (3.23 g), obv. laureate head of Nerva to right, around IMP NERVA CAES AVG P M TR P II COS III P P, rev. around LIBERTAS PVBLICA, Libertas standing left, holding pileus and sceptre, (cf.S.3034, RIC 31, RSC 117). Toned, very fine and scarce.
