SQUIZZY TAYLOR, original police photograph of head and shoulders, front and left side, handwritten on back of photo 'Sqizzy Taylor' from Det Clugston. Removed from mount, with crease and 15mm tear left side, otherwise very fine.
Joseph Theodore 'Squizzy' Taylor (1888-1927) Australian career criminal and gangster, born Brighton, Vic. His crimes ranged from pick pocketing, assault and shopbreaking to armed robbery.
