Together with length of medal ribbon, red with thin yellow edges; poppy lapel badge; newspaper cutting marked Saturday Augst 28th 1915, all in box.

Stewart William Johnson, labourer, age 24, born at Mount Morgan, Qld; Enl.02Feb1916 at Rockhampton, Qld; Emb.05Jun1916; KIA 31Jul1917 in the Battle of Warneton on the Ypres sector of Belgium; commemorated at the Menin Gate Memorial, Ypres, Flanders, Belgium.
