INDONESIA, Sumatra (Asahan), square brass and cupro nickel Plantation Token, one dollar Reis, half dollar, twenty cents, ten cents 1890, Unternehmung Goerach Batoe, rev. blank, (Sch.1060 - 1062, 1062a). Surface oxidation on most, otherwise fine - very fine and rare.
Woodside noted the pieces but didn't illustrate any in his 1963 book (p.49) 'Catalogue of East India Estate Tokens'.
