CALCULATOR FOR RECEIPT AND BILL STAMPS, circa 1830, in bronze (38mm), by T.W.Ingram, Birmingham, obv. used to calculate the duty payable for Bill or Note transactions in different value ranges, rev. similar table for Receipt stamps. Good very fine.
