ITALY, Bruttium, Croton (Kroton), (510-480 B.C.), silver stater or didrachm, (7.34 g), obv. Delphic tripod between stork on right to left and legend qPO on left, rev. incuse Delphic tripod, within incuse circular die, (S.256, SNG Cop.1751, SNG Australia Gale 16). Porous flan, appears to be plated, otherwise good fine.
