PUNIC COINAGE, Sardinia, (c.264-241 B.C.), AE 19-28, Uncertain Sardinian mint, (29), obv. head of Tanit left, wreathed with corn, dotted border, rev. horse head to right, some with pellet, caduceus, circle or letters on right, line border, mostly large size (S.6522, M.265, SNG Cop. 193-194, Visona 20 [dates 270-250 B.C.]). Very good - very fine all scarce, many overstruck on earler issues. (29)
