ISLAMIC, Golden Horde (Juchid), fourth period, silver asper, of Dawlat Birdi Khan (A.H. 827-840 A.D. 1424-1437), type with partial Latin legend D V M[ED D CAF]A, and arms of Genoa, (A.2059C, Wilkes 2060); another AE pul (follaro) countermarked with Genoese castle portal, coming from an Italian or Genoese colony in the Black Sea, (cf.A.G2063, cf.Wilkes 2062). Very fine; very good, both rare in descriptive packets. (2)
